Waiting lists

No more names on a sheet and guests crowding the door: a digital queue where the guest sees their place from their phone, run by your team with clear statuses.

A waiting list screen showing queue position and estimated wait

What you get

Guests join the queue from their phone and follow their position, and get alerted when their table is ready — with a smart wait estimate.

Join from the phone

A QR code at the entrance opens the join page: party size and phone number, then a private link to follow their place.

An estimated wait

Calculated from the parties ahead and the average table turnover, shown as an estimate that keeps updating.

Alerted when ready

A notification to the guest as their turn approaches and when they are called, with a response window after which the host decides the next step.

The host screen

Priorities, tables and notes, with the statuses waiting, called, checked in, seated and no-show, and a comparison of quoted and actual waits.

How to get started

01

Enable the list

Set the maximum number of parties, the average table time and the response window.

02

Put the code at the entrance

Guests scan it and join in seconds, or the host adds them by hand.

03

Seat your guests

Call the next party, assign the table, and send their order if they built it in advance.

Who is it for?

The sectors that lean on it most.

Restaurants and fine dining

Table reservations, QR ordering from the table, and open tabs that take round after round right up to the bill.

Fast food

A fast till, instant kitchen tickets and drive-through collection, so a rush never overwhelms the team.

Cafés

Quick ordering from the table or the counter, and a loyalty programme that brings the morning regular back every day.

Food trucks

A short menu and a fast till that keeps working offline, with a QR code on the hatch that shortens the queue.

Does the guest need an app?

No. The waiting page works in the browser through their private link.

Is the wait shown guaranteed?

It is an estimate that changes with the real flow, and the true position is always shown next to it.

What if the guest does not respond when called?

Once the response window ends they can be returned to waiting once or marked as a no-show, depending on your setting.

Not sure which tools you need?

Tell us how your restaurant or café works and we will point you at the right setup.
