Reports and analytics

Know what is happening in your restaurant from the numbers, not from impressions: sales for every day, shift and branch, and the performance of every dish, on one dashboard.

A sales reporting and analytics dashboard

What you get

Daily sales, best-selling dishes, peak hours, guest behaviour, cashier and financial reports, with Excel and CSV export whenever you need it.

Sales in your restaurant's time zone

Business days are counted in your local time, with sales split by order type, source, payment method and status.

Item and category performance

Best-selling dishes, the most requested modifiers and each category's share of revenue, with discounts and returns.

Peak hours and cashiers

A heatmap of orders across the week, and a report per shift and cashier with sales, cash and variances.

One-click export

Every table exports to Excel or CSV, and a daily summary greets you on the dashboard when you sign in.

Frequently asked questions

What restaurant owners ask us before switching it on.

An illustration of a support agent answering questions
Do the reports cover POS and website orders together?

Yes. Every order from every channel feeds the same reports, and can be split by source.

How are cancelled and returned orders treated?

They count towards the number of orders and are excluded from revenue, with their value shown separately as lost revenue.

Can a staff member see reports without the financial ones?

Yes. There are separate permissions for general reports, financial reports, POS reports and exports.
