APIs and webhooks

What you build in-house should see what happens in your restaurant: read the menu, create orders and receive events the moment they happen, with keys you own and revoke whenever you like.

A diagram of the platform connected to external systems through APIs

What you get

Restaurant-scoped API keys and signed webhooks for orders, reservations and menu changes, so you can wire your internal systems in safely.

API keys per store

Create keys with specific permissions and revoke them instantly, with a per-minute request limit that protects your store.

Signed webhooks

Pick the events: orders, reservations and menu changes, and receive them at your URL with an HMAC signature and automatic retries.

Interactive documentation

A full reference inside the dashboard with examples and a try-it button using your own key.

MCP connector

Connect an AI assistant to your store to read orders and the menu over the MCP protocol with its own separate permissions.

Frequently asked questions

What restaurant owners ask us before switching it on.

Can I create orders through the API?

Yes, with the same validation the website applies and an idempotency key that prevents duplicate orders.

What happens if my server is down?

Webhook delivery is retried automatically with increasing intervals, and pauses temporarily after repeated failures.

Are the APIs available on every plan?

APIs and webhooks come with the plans that include the integrations feature, as shown on the pricing page.
