E-invoicing (ZATCA)

Every order in your Saudi restaurant becomes a signed e-invoice reported to the authority with no extra step from the cashier, with a QR code on the receipt and an automatic credit note on returns.

What you get

Issue simplified and standard tax invoices and credit notes for phase one and phase two, with automatic signing, reporting, and every invoice tied back to its order.

Phases one and two

Simplified invoices for guests and standard invoices for companies, digitally signed and chained, with instant reporting or clearance depending on the invoice type.

Issued automatically with the order

Choose when the invoice is issued: on order creation, payment or completion. The platform handles the rest and retries when the connection fails.

Credit notes for returns

A cancellation or a full or partial return automatically issues a credit note linked to the original invoice.

Test and production environments

Set up your invoicing unit in the simulation environment first, then move to production with the authority's certificate from the same screen.

How to get started

01

Register the invoicing unit

Enter your establishment details and VAT number and obtain the authority's certificate from the dashboard.

02

Choose when to issue

Pick the event that issues the invoice and enable credit notes.

03

Monitor the status

Follow every invoice, its reporting attempts and the certificate validity in the invoicing log.

Is the service available outside Saudi Arabia?

No. E-invoicing is enabled for Saudi stores only, while every other service is available in all countries.

Does the invoice appear on the POS receipt?

Yes. The invoice's QR code is printed on the thermal receipt, and guests can verify it.

What happens if the authority's service is down?

The invoice is stored and reporting is retried automatically within the 24-hour regulatory window, without stopping sales.
